ARABIC CUISINE-SABA STYLE

Location: Saba Restaurant, Cyberjaya

This restaurant get a lot of good review about its Arabic Food,

so, we (myfriends & I) give a try

and we ordered Chicken haneeth & Chicken Kebab

I think the rice is extremely tasty, but the chicken was so-so.

next time, maybe I’ll try a lamb haneeth 🙂

This is Chicken Kebab

err, it must be tastier if the bread and fries were hot

but the overall, is quite good though.

REMEDY FOR THE HEART

This is my first time praying in this beautiful Mosque

It is so peaceful with natural air coming in from the large opening

solat=peaceful

environtment of the mosque= peaceful

combine both of them= double peaceful

 

this is the opening that I’ve mentioned earlier.

I think the rocks act as the wave barriers for the chalet. 🙂

 

LAMB HANEETH

Location: Sultan Hadramawt Restaurant, Sg Ramal Dalam, Bangi

Lamb Haneeth , i dont know what its mean

but, the waitress told me that this is tastier that khabsah ( I dont know what it mean too)

It is delicious, flavorful rice with succulent lamb

But, the portion is quite big, it takes me 1/2 an hour to finished it.

Having the taste of it,

Now  I know why I see some people addicted to arabic food

AYAM PENYEK

Location: A small hawker stall at Seksyen 4,Bandar Baru Bangi.

Ayam Penyek, direct translation = Smashed chicken

actually it is a fried/grilled chicken and smashed with a something (tools/knife/I’m not sure)

I’ve ate this menu at various restaurant in KL/Penang/Sarawak even at Brunei 🙂

I prefer grilled chicken more.

somebody says, ayam penyek here (at above location) definitely same as hawker stall at Jakarta

I have no doubt in that (even I”ve never been to Jakarta)

 

CHAR KWAY TEOW-PENANG VILLAGE

5 star for this char kway teow

a small kway teow fried with condiments,

prawns,eggs,cockles.

For this time being, this is the tastiest char kway teow I’ve ever had

actually, char means fried

kway teow is a noodles made from rice

there are many version of it..

and i like this type,
